The Crowne Plaza Milan City can host business meetings for up to 140 delegates. There are a total of four separate meeting rooms and all our congress facilities are equipped with Wi-Fi and all the latest technology including printing, faxing, photocopying.




Emme 1
(56 square meters)
The largest individual meeting room can be configured to suit the requirements of a bigger conference. Comfortably seating 25 guests in a horseshoe, 30 guests at unique tables as well as in class format and finally in theatre configuration it accommodates 70 guests.

Emme 2
(29 square meters)
This is our most intimate conference room. Seating 18 guests in theatre configuration, it is also perfect for small, class-style meetings for a maximum of 8 participants. The room is very versatile and can also seat 14 in a horseshoe shape and 16 guests at exclusive tables.

Emme 3
(44 square meters)
This meeting room also offers four solutions to your conferencing or meeting challenges. Choose to seat 18 in a horseshoe, 24 at private tables, 16 in a schoolroom style and finally 42 in theatre format.

We also have the option of combining Emme 2 and Emme 3 into a (73 square meter) room that will seat 36 in a horseshoe, 38 at unique tables, 32 in a class room style and 60 guests in theatre format.

Emme 4
(34 square meters)
Specifically designed to seat 10 people in executive boardroom style, this is certainly the best choice for small meetings requiring privacy.
